Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Holora (“Holora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with the Holora mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

1. Overview

Holora provides a self-custody application for collecting tokenized, professionally-graded trading cards. The Service is designed to minimize the collection of personal information. We do not require you to create an account or to provide your name, email address, or other contact information in order to use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide. The Service does not require you to submit personal information to function. If you contact us directly (for example, by email), we will receive the information you choose to provide.

Information Collected Automatically. To authenticate and authorize requests to our backend, the application transmits your wallet public key and a device-generated public key. These are public cryptographic identifiers and are not, by themselves, linked to your identity. Our servers also log standard technical information, such as Internet Protocol (IP) address and request metadata, for security, rate-limiting, and abuse-prevention purposes.

Blockchain Information. Transactions you initiate are recorded on the Solana blockchain, a public and decentralized ledger that Holora does not control. Information recorded on a public blockchain is publicly accessible and outside our control.

Information We Do Not Collect. We do not collect your name, email address (except where you contact us directly), telephone number, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers. We do not use third-party advertising networks or analytics software-development kits, and we do not track you across applications or websites.

3. How We Use Information

We use the limited information we collect to: (a) operate, maintain, and secure the Service; (b) authenticate and authorize requests; (c) detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and other prohibited activity; (d) respond to your inquiries; and (e) comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information only as follows:

5. Cookies and Tracking

The Holora application does not use cookies or third-party tracking technologies. Our public website may load web fonts from a third-party provider (Google Fonts), which may receive standard request information such as your IP address.

6. Data Retention

We retain server logs only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including security and abuse-prevention, after which they are deleted or de-identified. We do not build user profiles.

7. Security

Your wallet’s private keys are generated and stored on your device and protected by your device’s security features; they never leave your device, and we never have access to them. While we implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we process, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we may take appropriate action.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of that information, and to object to certain processing. Because we collect minimal information and do not maintain user accounts, our ability to associate information with a particular individual may be limited. To exercise any rights available to you, please contact us at the address below.

10. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

12. Contact Us
